Work at Home Moms Keeping Families Connected
Work at home moms are dedicated to keeping their families connected and intact. Contributing to the household has become a reality for moms who would prefer to be at home with their children. Today’s cost of living pretty much guarantees that families need at least two incomes just to make ends meet. Mothers in particular have always been ascribed the role of caregiver in the family and as such the delegated person to be at home. Google is a great resource for moms who are looking for a way to contribute to the family income as |work at home moms|.
Work At Home Moms deserve a gold medal, not an Olympic medal a real gold one because they are the greatest workers of all time. All Moms have been working at home since the dawn of time. Ever since the cave man era they have done work at home as the cook and bottle washer (I don’t think they had bottles then?). Anyway through out the ages there have always been |work at home moms|, mostly unpaid.
Someone, somewhere, once analyzed what everybody’s |work at home moms| did and tried to value their work. I do not remember the exact figures that they came up with but it far surpassed the average annual wages for the country. Moms are cooks, dishwashers, launderers, cleaners, home doctors and nurses, gardeners, sports coaches, they are taxi drivers, counselors, psychologists, vets, lawyers, accountants, mechanics, electricians, facilitators and more. There is basically nothing that |work at home moms| have not done or can do. They are the greatest.
Do our |work at home moms| want payment? Mostly not! They get a lot of reward from seeing us kids strive and reach goals, both personal and goals set by our moms. We can be 80 years of age and our moms still see us as kids.
In days gone by, if a woman even thought about working to create an income, either at home or away from home, they were frowned upon unless there was a good reason for them to work. Certainly some jobs like teachers and nursing were viewed as acceptable jobs for women to have but they were not really valued and the pay was much less than a man who may be in a similar position. Times have certainly changed a lot. The strength of women who fought for women’s rights as equals has changed that concept drastically.
Today there are a lot of Work At Home Moms who want to help the household budget and rather than to economise they are looking to make money. And not from the normal run of work that they do from home. So you kids do not have to worry about moms charging for taking you to the ballet or sports.
Some women have learned to put their talents to work at home and create the second income. Though work at home to create an income can be challenging when you are trying to raise a family, the rewards far out weight the obstacles that have to be overcome. For those who are very successful |work at home moms|, they have created incomes large enough to allow their partners to work at home too.
